摘    要:岸边集装箱起重机是码头前沿装卸的关键设备。随着信息技术的飞速发展,岸边集装箱起重机的集成化、智能化、自动化程度越来越高,对设备的远程监测需求越来越突出。针对岸边集装箱起重机系统复杂问题,提出基于故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)的健康监测方法。首先对岸边集装箱起重机进行结构层次划分,确定FMEA分析的结构边界,针对系统故障模式的发生频度、故障影响确定各故障模式的风险优先数(RPN);然后建立维修决策逻辑决断图,从而确定健康监测内容及指标;最后围绕监测内容及指标构建岸边集装箱起重机健康监测系统。该系统能够为设备关键指标特征参数进行实时在线监测,为设备的远程运维提供数据支撑。

Abstract:Quayside container crane is the key equipment for loading and unloading at the front of the wharf. With the rapid development of information technology, Quayside container crane has higher integration, intelligence and automation. Therefore, the demand for remote monitoring of equipment is becoming more and more prominent. Aiming at the complex problems of quayside container crane system, a health monitoring method based on fault mode and impact analysis (FMEA) is proposed. Firstly, the structure hierarchy of quayside container crane is divided, and the structure machine boundary of FMEA analysis is determined, and the risk priority number (RPN) of fault mode is determined according to the frequency and impact of system failure mode. Then, the logical decision diagram of maintenance policy is established to determine the content and index of health monitoring. Finally, the health of quayside container crane is constructed around the monitoring content and index. Health monitoring system. The system can realize real-time monitoring of key indicator characteristic parameters and provide data support for remote operation and maintenance of equipment.
