| 摘 要： | 分析了印度大停电事件的深层原因,提出了促进中国电力系统安全运行的基本思路。在此基础上,提出了基于大安全观的电力系统运行管理的关键技术及其研究重点,包括协调规划类技术、协同调度控制类技术、安全保障类技术,旨在为中国电力系统安全运行相关基础研究和实际工作提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the underlying causes of the blackout events in India,and proposes the basic idea of promoting the safe operation of power systems.Based on the above,the key technologies and research focus of power system operation and management based on the philosophy of general security are introduced,including the coordinated planning technologies,collaborative dispatch and control technologies and security protection technologies,in order to provide reference for the promotion of basic research and practical work of the safe operation of China’s electric power system. |
