| 摘 要： | 近年来钙钛矿结构的YFeO3晶体引起了人们的关注,它在近红外波段有很高的磁光优值和低的饱和磁化强度,并且具有高的居里温度.鉴于其在器件应用上具有一系列的优势,它成为倍受青睐的一种新型磁光材料.本文根据国内外YFeO3晶体的研究概况,重点介绍该晶体的生长和磁光性能.

| Abstract: | Novel magneto-optical crystal YFeO3(yttrium orthoferrite) has attracted more attentions for its superior properties recently,such as high faraday rotation in the far-red wavelength,low saturation magnetization and high Curie temperature etc.Therefore,it is regarded as a prospective magneto-optical material.The growth and properties of YFeO3 crystal were introduced in this paper based on recent investigation situation. |
