摘    要:利用 8件 1/ 4弧长的 16 Mn锻件毛坯组合焊成两件法兰 ,分别重达 2 4 .2 t及 2 3t。电渣焊采用垂直位置焊接 ,自耗电极用 16 Mn钢板切割制成 ,正常焊接时的电流为 30 0 0 A~ 70 0 0 A,二次电压为 6 2 V,检验结果证明 ,产品完全达到设计要求

Abstract:Two flanges are welded by eight 16Mn steel forging blocks with 1/4 length of arc,and their weights are separately 24.2t and 23t.The electroslag welding is by upright position,its consumable electrode is made of the 16Mn steel plate by cut.During normal welding,the current intensity is 3000A upto 7000A,the secondary voltage is 62V.The test result shows that the products have completely met the design requirement.
