高分辨率光纤倒像器纤芯材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:光纤倒像器是一种可将图像反转180°的光纤传像器件,具有分辨率高、传像清晰、体积小、重量轻等优点。主要用来替代微光夜视仪中的中继透镜系统,同时被广泛应用于需要倒像的各种装置中。本文系统地研究了光纤倒像器纤芯玻璃的组成配比,采用高温熔融法制备出了纤芯玻璃材料,研究结果显示:研制的纤芯玻璃透过率达到90%以上,折射率达到1.7869以上,热膨胀系数为97×10-7/℃,热稳定性较好(ΔT=184.5℃),退火过程中未析晶,并与现有包层玻璃相匹配,满足了光纤制备工艺的基本要求。

Abstract:Fiber-optic image inverter,a kind of optical image transmission device which can invert the image by 180°,possess the advantages of high resolution,clear image transmission,small in size and light in weight.It is mainly applied to replace the relay lens system in low-light level night vision device,and widely used in all kinds of devices which require the inverted image.In this paper the composition ratio of core material of the fiber-optic image inverter is studied systematically,and the sample of core glass is prepared by high temperature melting.The study results show that transmission is more than 90%,refractive index is more than 1.7869,coefficient of thermal expansion is 97× 10-7/℃,thermal stability is good(ΔT =188.5℃),crystallization is not appeared in the annealing process,and the core glass is well matched with the cladding glass,which meet the basic requirements of fiber fabrication process and achieved the property of high-resolusion.
