基于非接触测量的经纬仪倾斜误差修正

摘    要:分析了动基座对光电经纬仪测角误差的影响,提出了一套利用非接触测量装置进行实时修正的精度补偿方法。通过该装置测量出动基座下经纬仪方位旋转轴线的倾斜角及倾斜方向,与经纬仪望远系统同时记录测角数据及倾斜数据,从而对测角误差进行修正。该方法精度高、实时性强、能够补偿±1°范围内平台变形而带来的测角误差,测量装置误差在10″内。为实现动基座下高精度光电测量提供了一种有效的途径。

Abstract:In this paper,the contribution of the angle-measurement errors is analyzed,which caused by the motional basement,and a complementary method was provided,by which the precision could be corrected real-time with the non-contact measurement device.By using this device the angle and orientation of the tilt of the azimuth spin axis are measured,and associated with the primary system and the data of the measurement is recorded,and then the angle-measurement errors are corrected.This method has the high precision and real-time,and it could compensate the errors caused by the deformation of the platform within ±1 deg,and the error of the device itself is below 10 arc-second.The method provideds an efficient approach of the high-precise electro-optical measurement above the motional basement.
