地区电网AVC系统的设计及实现

摘    要:介绍了一种新的地区电网AVC系统。该系统基于混杂控制思想,满足电力系统高电压水平下无功分层分区优化平衡原则,通过协调控制,有效实现预期控制目标。系统设计时考虑了完备的运行安全措施,保证自动控制安全可靠,拓展了SCADAS/9能,是EMS高级应用软件向自动控制方向的拓展。通过现场测试,AVC系统控制安全可靠,具有良好的经济效益,有效减轻运行人员的劳动强度。

Design and Realization of Automatic Voltage Control

Abstract:A new automatic volage control system for distict power network is presented. It is based on farrago control anamnesis,and satisfies the principles of reactive power' s hierarchical and regional balance on high volatage control.By coordinated control, the system can realize the anticipate control aim. This system can make sure the auto-control on the safe side.It develops the SCADA' s functions.It is the EMS high-level application software to the automatic control development. With the locale test, this system is steady and safe, which has large economic benefits. It can alleviate the administrators' working intension efficiently.
