摘    要:以细粒石墨粉为原料、改质和高温煤沥青为黏结剂,采用热压成型工艺制备炭块,并对其进行炭化和石墨化处理后得到石墨块体。结果表明,随着热处理温度的上升,热压制备炭块的体积密度和电阻率发生了明显的变化,与改质沥青相比,以高残炭率沥青为黏结剂所制细粒石墨材料具有较高的体积密度和较低的电阻率;X射线衍射XRD和扫描电镜SEM分析表明,细粒石墨在块体材料中具有明显的取向性。

Hot press preparation of fine grained graphite

Abstract:Using fine grained graphite powders as starting material and modified,high-temperature coal pitches as binder,the fine grained carbon materials were prepared using a hot press molding method.The result shows that the bulk density and electrical resistivity of carbon blocks change obviously with the heat-treatment temperature.In comparison with the graphite block produced from the modified pitch,the graphite block prepared from the high-temperature pitch possesses a higher bulk density and lower electrical resistivity.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analyses show that the graphite block has an obvious orientation structure.
