摘 要: | 利用SRIM-2003软件模拟10~110keV质子辐照下质子与氧化锌之间的微观交互作用,并计算了质子的能量传递、能量损失、射程以及氧化锌的阻止本领。结果表明,质子与氧化锌之间的交互作用主要源于质子与氧化锌核外电子之间的非弹性碰撞过程,氧化锌的辐照损伤以电离效应为主;辐照损伤区主要集中在90~700nm的射程范围内,10~110keV质子辐照能够模拟氧化锌在外空间的光学退化。

Abstract: | Simulation of the interaction ZnO was carried Out using SRIM-2003 between the protons across the 10 to 110 keV energy range and software for outer space application. The energy transfer, energy loss, projected range of the protons, and the stopping power of ZnO were calculated. The results indicate that the interaction is mainly caused by the inelastic collisions between the protons and the extranuclear electrons of ZnO, and the radiation damage in ZnO is due to the ionization effect. Further- more, the simulation also shows that most of the radiation damage in ZnO occurs in the projected range of 90-700 nm. Presumably, the protons across the 10 to 110 keV energy range will cause the optical degradation of ZnO in the outer space. |
