型钢桁架K形节点的加固措施及试验研究

摘    要:大连某工程在结构设计中采用了宽翼缘H型钢桁架结构,其中K形节点较多,在设计过程中,采用杆系程序计算时,强度和刚度能满足设计规范要求。目前涉及宽翼缘K形节点的资料较少,有限元分析结果表明,部分节点腹板强度不能满足设计要求,需要进行加固补强。为了验证节点加固补强措施的有效性,对宽翼缘H型钢K形节点进行了试验研究。通过试验,得到K形节点的工作机理、承载力、刚度及退化进程、延性、耗能能力和破坏特性等,为K形节点加固补强提供了设计依据。

Abstract:A steel truss structure was used in structure design of a project in Dalian , in which there were many K-shaped joints.In the structure design , the strength and stiffness were calculated by bar programs , which could meet the requirements of the design specifications.There are rare data of the K-shaped joints stress analysis in the design specifications.After conducting stress checking by finite element software for the K-shaped joints , it was found that the web strength of part of the joints could not meet the requirements of the design specifications , so needing reinforcement.In order to verify the security of node design and reinforcement measures reliability , the wide-flange H-steel K-shaped joints were tested.Through the tests , it was found that the working mechanism of K-shaped joints , the bearing capacity , stiffness and degenerative processes , ductility , energy dissipation and failure characteristics etc.Which provided the design basis for reinforcing the K-shaped joints.
