| 摘 要： | 酒店管理信息化、智能化不但可以有效地管理大量的信息,而且可以完善酒店内部管理体制,提高酒店的管理效益及经济效益,从而提高酒店的竞争力。根据酒店服务管理的现状及未来的发展方向,结合酒店管理的实践经验,系统以W indows XP作为运行平台,采用C/S模式,使用VB.NET编程语言和SQL Server 2000数据库原理,基本包含酒店管理的主要业务功能:基础设置、业务管理、房间管理三大部分。经过严格测试,系统性能稳定,易于操作。
