| 摘 要： | 多媒体教学录播与编辑系统针对多媒体教学录像与编辑制作的特点，在VC平台下，采用DirectShow架构，合理运用流媒体编辑与播控技术，提供教学课件录制、课件播放、课件编辑等一系列的应用程序与平台。系统实现视频流、屏幕流、语音流的多流合一，并可添加字幕、背景音乐等。系统生成的教学录像课件是远程教育的重要资源，在远程教育和日常的教学工作中都有着广泛的应用前景。
