燃煤高温复合固硫剂的研究

摘    要:开发了一种新的复合固硫剂, 其最佳配方为: 石灰为复合固硫剂的主成分(钙硫比为1.75), XMK-1、XMK-2和XMK-3 3种添加剂的用量(相对原煤质量)分别为4.0%、1.0%和0.5%。复合固硫剂在1 150℃时仍能使型煤保持70%以上的固硫率并且能满足褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤等不同中、高硫煤种的高温固硫。3种添加剂的适量加入均能提高固硫剂的固硫效果, X射线衍射的测试结果表明, XMK-2、XMK-3的固硫机理主要是形成包裹硫酸钙的耐热物相, 阻止了硫酸钙的进一步分解。

Abstract:A new kind of compound sulfur fixer is developed. The optimum formulation is that limestone is used as the main component (the ratio of Ca to S is 1.75). The dosages of the three additives of XMK-1、 XMK-2 and XMK-3 (against the mass of raw coal) are 1.0%、4.0% and 0.5% respectively. At 1 150℃, the compound sulfur fixer can still make the shaped coal maintain a desulfurizaing efficiency more than 70%. Besides, it can meet the need of high temperature desulfurization of brown coal, soft coal and anthracite. Proper addition of the three addictives can enhance the desulfurization efficiency of the sulful fixer. The results of X ray diffraction showed that the mechanism of XMK-2 and XMK-3 is to form heat resistance phase around calcium sulfate to prevents calcium sulfate from decomposition.
