摘    要:本文以氨压缩机在变频调速改造中的润滑问题为研究对象,针对调速过程中出现的润滑油量不足问题,通过分析润滑系统的结构和工作原理,提出了外加辅助油泵补油的改进方法,并根据润滑系统在调速中数学模型不易确定的特点,采用了不依赖于数学模型的模糊控制方法构成辅助油泵的控制系统。文中详细阐述了改造后润滑系统的电气控制系统原理、模糊控制器设计以及润滑系统和氨压缩机在调速中的协调、配合问题。该系统在大庆石化总厂一段时间的实际运行情况表明,改进后润滑系统的动、静态特性完全达到了工艺指标的要求,运行效果良好。

Abstract:This paper deals with the lubricating system of ammonia compressor VVVF transformed In this paper,a method of replenishing lubricating oil with auxiliary pump,based on analysis of the construction and principle of the lubricating system,is developed for the madequate of oil during the course of varying speed A fuzzy control system of the auxiliary lubricating pump has been designed and put into operation in Daqing Petrochemical Plant since December 1996 and satisfactory results have been obtained The principle of electric control system,the fuzzy controller and the coordinate of lubricating system and compressor are given in the paper
