新型浓稀相燃烧器改造及经济性分析

摘    要:为适应电网调峰和煤质变化,对某电厂3台220 t/h锅炉进行了浓稀相燃烧器技术改造。改造后,锅炉实现了在40%额定负荷下,不投油稳定安全运行,点火时间缩短了50%,并且可以在不投油的条件下直接降负荷熄火。长期运行表明,锅炉没有出现结渣、烧喷嘴等事故。浓稀相燃烧技术的成功应用,增强了电厂的调峰能力,提高了锅炉运行安全性,从而提高了电厂的经济效益。

Abstract:For fitting with load sliding and coal changing,three 220 t/h boilers have been reformed with rich-thin combustion technology.After the reform,the boilers could run in 40% load safety without oil.The igniting time was shortened 50%.And the boilers could shutdown directly without oil.With long time running,the accidents of boiler dregs & nozzle burn-down of boilers have not occurred.With the successful application of rich-thin combustion technology,the ability of load sliding was strengthened,the safety of boilers was enhanced,and the economy of power plant was improved.
