摘    要:以甲醇、乙醇、低级醇和蒸馏水混合液为溶剂,实验室制备了抗氧剂1010。考察了晶种、搅拌速率、降温速率和洗涤对结晶产品粒度分布的影响。其适宜的操作条件为:晶种加入量为加入溶质质量的0.8%~1.0%、晶种加入温度为56℃~60℃和搅拌速率为400 r/min~500 r/min。经X-粉末衍射确定,该工艺下的产品晶型为δ型。

Abstract:The antioxidant 1010 has been prepared with mixture of methanol,ethanol,low carbon alcohol and distilled water as solvent in laboratory.Effects of seed,stirring velocity curve,cooling speed and washing-up on granularity distribution of antioxidant 1010 have been studied.The results showed that the feasible seeds quantity inputted is 0.8%—1.0% of solute,temperature of seeds inputted is 56 ℃—60 ℃,stirring velocity is about 400 r/min—500 r/min.The crystalline in this crystallization technics is determined as δ with the help of X-ray diffraction.
