异形钢纤维粘结滑移性能试验研究

摘    要:为了研究异形钢纤维从混凝土基体中拔出时的粘结滑移性能,选择剪切平直型和贝卡尔特双弯钩型两种形状的钢纤维以及不同的钢纤维埋角进行粘结试验.试验结果表明,钢纤维形状、钢纤维埋角是影响拔出荷载位移-曲线以及界面粘结强度的重要因素,贝卡尔特双弯钧钢纤维与混凝土基体界面粘结性能优于剪切平直型钢纤维,界面粘结强度随埋角的增大而减小.

Abstract:In order to study the bonding and slipping performance of the deformed steel-fiber pulling out from the concrete, it is selected the smooth steel-fiber, the hooked steel-fiber and the different embedding angles to test. The test results indicate the shape and the embedding angle of the steel-fiber are the key factors of the pull out load-displacement curve and the bonding strength, the bonding performance of hooked steel-fiber is better than that of the smooth steel-fiber, the bonding strength decreases in follow with the increase in the embedding angle.
