摘    要:配电网结构愈来愈复杂,传统故障定位算法存在局限性。文中提出一种适用于复杂配电网的故障定位方法,该方法根据故障时系统电压暂降特性,利用电能质量监测器采集到的信息,通过相关分析匹配度对配电网故障进行定位。IEEE 37节点及IEEE 13节点系统仿真表明,所述方法可有效防止误判。通过设置不同的负荷模型、过渡电阻、配变负载,对算法鲁棒性进行了验证并分析其抗差性,结果表明所述方法具备较好的鲁棒性与抗差性。

Abstract:The structure of distribution network is becoming more and more complex and the limitation of traditional fault location method is dominant.A fault location method is proposed which is suitable for complex distribution network.This method makes use of characteristics of voltage sag and information collected by power quality monitor,then fault can be located by correlation analysis.Simulations on IEEE 37-bus system and IEEE 13-bus system show that this method can effectively prevent misjudgement.Test results also show that the proposed method has better robustness and error tolerance capability,as load model,transition resistance and loading of transformer are concerned.
