一种疵点实时检测系统的数据通信技术

摘    要:为了搭建完整的疵点检测系统,除了疵点检测算法模块外,对检测到的疵点图片文件及生产信息的保存和管理也十分重要,论文给出了一种疵点实时检测系统图片文件和相关字符信息的通信技术方案.该方案利用VC++和Lab-view的多进程通信以及Labview的TCP通信、共享变量、LabSQL工具包等方法,使得两台计算机可以自动发送和接收检测到的疵点图片文件及相关信息并存入数据库,实现了疵点检测系统数据的远程访问和管理.

Abstract:In order to build a complete defect detection system,saving and managing the detected defect image files and production information is as important as the method of detecting.A data communication of defect detection system is proposed in this paper.The program draws on VC++ and Labview multi-process communication and TCP communications,shared variables,LabSQL kits and other methods,making the two computers can automatically send and receive detected defects and related information and stored messages in the database.The experiment makes the remote data access and management for defect detection system come true.
