超深基坑的钢筋混凝土支撑爆破拆除

摘    要:介绍上海中心超深基坑支撑爆破拆除工程,基坑中间圆形内基坑是顺做法,其外围基坑是逆作法,内基坑中的环形支撑和地墙,随着外基坑挖泥从上向下分层进行爆破拆除。拆除开始时基坑内结构已出地表,外基坑表层已做好,整个爆破基本处于室内状态。基于上述工程特点,探讨如何优化设计参数,采用了安全性最好的塑料导爆管复式毫秒微差起爆系统,采取了有效的灾害控制措施,取得了满意的爆破效果,可为同类结构的城市控制爆破提供经验。

Abstract:The paper introduces the practice of demolishing reinforced concrete bracing of Shanghai Center.Foundation pit excavation in the middle circle is a normal practice,its periphery foundation pit is a practice of top-down construction,inside the pit in the ring support and the wall,with the dredging from outside the pit stratified blasting down.Removal of the start of the pit structure has a surface,the surface is well outside the pit,the blasting is in basic indoor state.Based on the above project,this paper explores how to optimize the design parameters,using a security best tube initiation system and employing effective disaster control measures,the blasting not only reaches a satisfied demolition effect,but also provides experience for controlled blasting of the city with similar structure.
