摘    要:提高中学生运动员短跑训练成绩的环节由两个方面组成:一是合理的生理训练,包括合理引导改善知觉,提高短跑技术动作;科学的步频训练,增强心肺功能。二是心理训练,包括注意力的训练;激发训练动机;加强自我控制能力的培养。只有把这二者结合起来,才能提高其运动成绩。

Abstract:The links to improve teenager sports player's sprint result are composed of the following two aspects: the first is reasonable physical training, which includes perception improvement, sprint skill action improvement, scientific step frequency training and heart and lung function improvement; the second is psychological training, which includes attention training, training motive stimulation and self control ability training. Only the combination of the two aspects can improve the sports result.
