| 摘 要： | 利用不同烷基苯酚与丙酮、甲醛在碱性条件下合成了烷基苯酚-丙酮-甲醛树脂。对产品进行了FTIR分析表征,研究了其软化点、溶剂溶解性能以及在胶粘剂、涂料、油墨领域的应用。结果表明,分别利用对叔丁基苯酚、对特辛基苯酚和对壬基苯酚与丙酮不同比例可合成不同熔点、溶剂溶解性能的产品,可用于胶粘剂、涂料、油墨制造中。

| Abstract: | Alkylphenol-acetone-formaldehyde resins were prepared by alkylphenol,acetone and formaldehyde.The products were analyzed by FTIR,softening point,solubility in solvent and application in adhesion,coating and ink were also studied.The results showed that the products with different softening point and solubility could be prepared by different ratios of alkylphenol to acetone.The products can be used in adhesion,coating and ink. |
