基于Gaussian拟合的浆纱横截面切片图像分析

为客观分析浆纱横截面切片图像，减少主观因素对分析结果的影响，通过对浆纱横截面切片图像灰度直方图的特征分析,提出了应用高斯(Gaussian)拟合分析灰度直方图的方法。通过对实例中高斯拟合结果主项、次项及其他项构成因素的分析，得出浆料因素在灰度直方图上的分布区间；根据该区间不同灰度概率的正态分布特征，应用3δ原则合理估计了浆料扩散范围，计算出浆纱的几何上浆率和浆料相对分布半径，所得结果与实际相符。

Image-analysis of cross section slice of sized warp by Gaussian fitting
