纳米Fe粉的制备研究

摘    要:总结了纳米Fe粉的制备方法,重点介绍了一种新的制备方法——封闭循环氢还原法。该方法以FeSO·47H2O和NaOH为原料,采用沉淀方法制备粒径为30~70nm的Fe2O3粉末,其反应条件为:反应温度50℃,反应终点pH值大于12,陈化时间1h。用封闭循环氢还原法,在400℃下还原Fe2O3得到了Fe粉。其粒径在20~50nm之间,含量为99.16%。

Abstract:The preparation methods of Fe nano-powders were summarized.A new method was introduced--Seal circulation hydrogen reduction.The precursor of Fe2O3 was prepared with NaOH and FeSO4·7H2O using the chemical precipitation.The Fe2O3 particle size was 30~70 nm.The reacting temperature was 50 ℃,pH value of reacting terminal was 12,ageing time was 1 h.The even Fe nano-powders was prepared by reducing Fe2O3 at 400 ℃.The Fe particle size was 20~50 nm,purity was 99.16%.
