陶瓷坯料浆体分散性的研究

摘    要:利用不同陶瓷分散剂,对含55%黑泥、15%石英、30%长石的陶瓷坯料进行分散处理,得出不同分散剂对此陶瓷坯料的最佳分散效果用量。并以此数据为基础,利用表面活性剂的复配技术,改变分散剂的种类和用量,对不同种类的表面活性剂进行复配,使陶瓷泥浆在具有较好的分散性和流动性的同时,也具有较好的稳定性。

Abstract:This paper, by using various ceramic dispersant, to treat the slurry which containing 55% of black mud and 15% of quartz and 30% of feldspar ceramic.Then,it will conclude the right dosage from the effective about the single dispersant to treat this ceramic slurry. Finally using this data as a foundation to change the type of dispersant respectively and dosage,According to the surface active agent, and efficiency theory, the ceramic mud will have better dispersion, liquidity and better stability.
