| 摘 要： | 醇溶蛋白质电泳分析法与计算机技术相结合正逐渐应用于农作物种子品种的鉴别。介绍一个基于图象处理的蛋白质指纹图谱分析系统，着重从图象处理，样品匹配及聚类分析等方面介绍该系统的功能、特点，技术实现及使用情况。
