| 摘 要： | 本研究通过文献调研与开放式访谈 ,从社会就业期望的角度提出大学生能力结构的理论构想 ,并提出大学生能力结构有职业素质、处理工作能力、个人素质、人际技能和领导技能五个维度。最后阐述了社会对大学生能力的认知及其对大学生素质教育的启示。 |

| Abstract: | This research used some standard research methods,such as analysised the help wanted adverstices,open questionnaire,and standard questionnaire were put into use to investigate the structural models of the social recruting based competency of university students.It was proved that the structural models of competency of university students was five-component structure.The five dimensions were named as vocational attributes,personnel attributes,human skills and task management skills. |
