| 摘 要： | 区域水资源承载力是进行生态环境建设和确定社会经济发展方向的资源基础。阐述了水资源承载力的内涵,选取了区域水资源承载力的指标体系:人均供水量、水资源利用率、耕地灌溉率、供水模数、需水模数、生态用水率,对平坝区进行了水资源承载力模糊综合评价计算,对今后的水资源开发提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | Regional water resources carrying capacity is the basis to improve eco-environment and confirm society-economic development orientation.The connotation is analyzed and defined firstly.The paper assesses the water capacity of Pingba field by using Fuzzy Assessment method which employs an indicator set with 6 indexes including average utilizable water resources per capital,water resources using ratio,irrigation area rate,water supply module,water requirement module and using-rate.of environmental water.Therefore,it provides a decision-making basis for regional water resource development. |
