| 摘 要： | 从稀土氧化物、氧化锆含量、碳化硅含量、温度及制备工艺方面对氧化锆-碳化硅复合材料电阻率的影响进行了讨论,同时探讨了氧化锆-碳化硅复合材料的高温氧化性能,为氧化锆-碳化硅复合材料的制备及其电性能研究提供了依据。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the effects of rare earth oxides,zirconia contents,silicon carbide contents,tempera-tures,and processing techniques on the electric resistivity of zirconia-silicon carbide composites,and dis-cussed their oxidation at high temperature in order to provide reference for the fabrication of zirconia-silicon carbide composites and further study on their electric propertities. |
