| 摘 要： | 为了帮助企业提高产品质量,减少生产成本,对于对产品采用完全检验的企业,提出了在批量准则下,建立生产过程的期望质量损失成本最优模型,并进行了大量的数值实验,结果表明该准则下的期望质量损失成本总体上优于其他准则.

| Abstract: | This paper studies an economic design of a complete inspection with run rules.Two process states, in-control and out-of-control,are assumed.If the inspection signals that the process is out of control under run rules,remedial action is taken to restore the process to the in control state.Inspected items are either accepted with a quality cost or reworked according to the observed quality characteristic.A cost model is developed in this paper to determine the specification limits and action limits. |
