基于UG的螺杆钻具转子正交车铣加工仿真

摘    要:建立了描述螺杆钻具转子的数学模型,并实现了UG环境下的三维参数化建模。详细分析了采用正交车铣加工此类零件时的加工策略,并对仿真加工过程时主要参数的设置进行了具体阐述,实现了正交车铣钻具转子的仿真加工。结果表明,采用正交车铣完全可以取代传统的加工方法,实现了在通用机床上采用通用刀具完成螺杆钻具转子的加工,从而降低了零件的加工成本。

Abstract:The mathematical model of PDM's rotors was established,and the 3D parametric modeling is also realized by UG.The strategy of machining the parts by the orthogonal turning-milling is analyzed in details,and main parameters settings of simulation experiment are elaborated specifically.The simulation process of machining PDM's rotors by the orthogonal turning-milling is realized.As a result,it shows that orthogonal turn-milling can replace the traditional processing method completely,realizing that machining PDM's rotors by using general tools in general machine and reducing parts processing cost.
