Practice of Reducing Sinter Cost in No.3 Sintering Plant of WISCO

The raw material cost is reduced by use of secondary resources in sintering production in No.3 Sintering Plant of WISCO,and the process energy consumption is reduced by such measures as increasing the productivity of each sintering machine per hour,deep bed sintering,adding quicklime,utilization of the residual heat and strengthening the ignition process etc,and therefore the sinter cost is lowered substantially.
