无料钟炉顶的发展及秦冶炉顶设备的应用特点

摘    要:无料钟料顶因其优越性在炼铁高炉中得到广泛应用,然而半世纪以来PW公司的无料钟炉顶设备始终垄断着世界炼铁高炉炉顶设备市场。为打破国外对无料钟炉顶工艺技术及设备的专利垄断和封锁,北京科技大学严允进教授自1975年开始研究无料钟炉顶设备,并完成中国第一套无料钟炉顶设备的试验研发和工业设计,后研发“水冷水封型”无料钟炉顶并达到国际先进水平。同期,僧全松教授团队研发的“僧氏”无料钟炉顶也应用于国内中小高炉。实现国产无料钟炉顶设备应用于大型高炉的突破是秦冶研发的BF T(BCQS)新型设备,该设备应用于浦项、越南和静及宝钢湛钢大型高炉,由此代表具有中国自主知识产权的无料钟炉顶走向世界。

Abstract:The bell less top is widely used in ironmaking blast furnace because of its superiority. It has been monopolized by the PW bell less top equipment in the world for half a century. To break the foreign patent monopoly and blockade of the technology and equipment of the bell less top, professor YAN Yun jin of the University of Science and Technology Beijing started to study the bell less top equipment since 1975, and completed our first set of experimental research and design of industrial furnace top equipment. And then he developed the "water cooling water sealed type" bell less top, which reached the international advanced level. At the same time, the "Sangshi" bell less top, developed by the group of professor SENG Quan song was also applied in small and medium blast furnaces in China. The breakthrough of the domestic bell less top equipment used in large blast furnace was the new equipment BF T(BCQS)developed by Qinye metallurgical research and development, which was used in the large blast furnace in Pohang, Vietnam and the static and Baosteel Zhansteel. It was indicated that the bell less top with our own intellectual property rights went to the world.
