摘    要:中国特殊钢的发展面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,处于结构大调整期。针对行业的共性关注,以及近期特殊钢发展特点,以多尺度理论为基础,从冶金流程中的多尺度条件、多尺度顶层设计和界面技术等方面,特殊钢企业新建和改造流程出发,对特殊钢流程持续发展作了一些思考,应加快特殊钢棒线材、特殊钢板带、特殊钢无缝管、特殊钢锻材(件)的专业化、差异化流程建设,形成中国特殊钢企业自己的流程技术。同时,以国内某特冶锻造项目新建流程为例,从产品、规模、品质定位、工艺流程、关键装备技术等方面,介绍了高洁净度特冶锻造高品质、低成本、大规格生产示范流程的情况。

Abstract:The development of China special steel is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis of the common concerned industry issues and recent development characteristics of special steel, some thoughts on the sustainable development of special steel production process were given from the perspective of the multi- scale theory in metallurgical process, multi- scale top- level design and interface technology of metallurgical process in establishing or reforming production process of special steel. The professional and differentiated construction of special steel processes of rod and wire, plate and strip, seamless pipe, forgings etc. should be accelerated to make domestic special steel enterprises having their own process and technology. Also, the high quality, low cost and large size production demonstration process was introduced through an example of a newly established domestic process of high purity special metallurgy and forging. The introduction contained product, scale, quality positioning, process, and the key equipment technology.
