摘    要:利用正交试验研究P91钢热处理工艺与性能之间的关系,并通过热处理及生产试验验证,最终对其热处理工艺进行优化。结果表明,影响P91钢性能的主次顺序为回火温度、回火时间、正火温度和正火时间。通过引入客户对P91钢力学性能的要求为衡量指标,并试验验证,得出P91钢经过(1 050±10) ℃正火,(770±10) ℃、(210±10) min回火后,获得了良好的力学性能和细小均匀的回火板条马氏体组织,热处理及生产试验验证达到预期目标,可在生产中推广实施。

Abstract:The relation between heat treatment process and properties of P91 was studied using orthogonal experiment. And the result was verified by heat treatment and production experiment. The heat treatment process was optimized at last.The results showed that the factors which influenced properties of P91 were in sequence as follows: tempering temperature, tempering time, normalizing temperature and normalizing time. By introducing customers′ requirement for the mechanical properties of P91 as the measurement index and verified by experiment, it′s been proved that the P91 steel will get better mechanical properties as well as thin and homogenous tempered lath martensite through (1 050±10) ℃ normalizing process and tempering process at (770±10) ℃ for (210±10) min. The verification of heat treatment and production experiment achieved desired objectives, and can be implemented in production.
