摘    要:高强集装箱钢板是指屈服强度在700 MPa以上、抗拉强度在800 MPa以上的集装箱用钢板,一般为冷轧产品。此种高强钢在冷连轧时频繁出现带尾边裂、跑偏断带、板形突变等问题,轧制稳定性差、轧制难度极大。对上述轧制过程中出现的问题进行了深入系统分析,提出了热轧生产线采用带钢全长U型分布卷取、冷连轧跑偏自动调整倾斜控制技术、带钢头尾弯辊自动补偿功能等技术措施,有效解决了高强集装箱板轧制过程中的边裂、断带、板形不良的问题,取得了良好的实际效果。

Abstract:High strength container plate is a steel used for containers with the yield strength above 700 MPa and the tensile strength above 800 MPa, and it is generally cold- rolled strip. For this kind of high strength steel, the problems of the edge cracking at the tail end, the strip running deviation and strip breaking, and the strip shape abrupt changes have frequently occurred in the tandem cold rolling process. Based on the systematic analysis of the above problems, the measures such as the U- type coiling in the hot rolling line, the tandem automatic tilting control and the automatic compensation function of the head and tail bending roll in hot rolling production line were put forward, which can effectively solve the problems of edge cracking, strip breaking and ill flatness in the rolling process of high strength container plate. And it achieved good practical results.
