| Abstract: | Kyoto Protocol will soon start produce effect, as one of the key mechanism of Kyoto Protocol , the clean development mechanism( CDM) also will soon enter the materiality implement stage. Seem to be particularly important to the understanding of various latent cost and benefit within the CDM project implement process and performances, it will contribute to the enterprise to reduce the relevant cost and project risk possibly, and to increase the success rate in the process to develop CDM project with receive wise, this text will carry on the study for this problem. |
