| 摘 要： | 合成了聚氨酯粘土复合乳液,并用于增稠干酪素水溶液,TEM、X光表征了复合乳液中粘土的形态,讨论了pH、复合乳液用量对干酪素溶液粘度的影响。静态时,复合乳液用量4%时干酪素溶液粘度增加到0.4Pa.s。 |

| Abstract: | The polyurethane/clay composite emulsion was synthesed and used to thicken the casein solution viscosity.TEM and X-rayspectra were used to study the composite structure.The effect of emulsion amount on the casein solution viscosity were discussed,at pH 8.5,casein solution viscosity was increased to 0.4Pa s at stead state in 4% emulsion addition. |
