工艺设计对生产调度结果的影响

提出了集成环境下工艺设计和生产调度的并行实现方法 ,讨论了备选工艺计划对调度结果的影响规律 ,给出了可实现多工艺备选的调度算法。仿真试验表明 ,增加工艺路线可以使零件的流通时间大大减少 ,资源利用率显著提高 ,是提高整个生产系统效率的有效途径

Influences of Process Planning on Scheduling Results

The concurrent realization method of process planning and scheduling in an integ rated environment is proposed in this paper. The influence of alternative proces s p lanning on scheduling results is studied emphatically. At the same time, the sch edul ing algorithm, which suits to multi-alternative process planning, is presented. Sim ulation results show that the incorporation of alternative process planning into a scheduling system increases the utilization rate of resources and reduces the flow time of manufacturing products under the condition of scheduling with mult i-alternative process planning. This is an effective way to increase efficiency of the whole production system.
