不溶性硫磺的生产和发展现状

摘    要:简要介绍了国内外不溶性硫磺(IS)的发展现状,阐述了IS的形成机理、稳定性、影响因素以及各种主要生产方法,如接触法、气化法、熔融法、低温液相法、低温常压聚合混合溶剂萃取法等。目前国内IS的生产尚未形成规模效益,缺乏市场竞争力,建议应加强高新技术的研究开发,尽快形成我国不溶性硫磺完整的生产技术。

Abstract:The technical status of production of insoluble sulfur was summarily described at home and abroad.The formation mechanism,stability and affecting factors of insoluble sulfur were introduced.And the major methods were also introduced,including touching,gasification,fusibility,low temperature liquid-state,polymerization blended solvent at low temperature and ordinary pressure,etc.The present status quo is that the production scale of insoluble sulfur is small and short of the market competitive power currently.It was suggested that the technical renovation for the grade and assortment of products should be strengthened to form the integrated production technologies for insoluble sulfur in China.
