关于如何提高煤炭检验准确性研究

通过对我国煤炭检验技术现状以及影响煤炭检验准确性的因素研究,结合相关的煤炭检验标准以及实际工作经验,提出了以制定规范的煤炭抽样方法、规范缩分及筛分操作、水分测定时要在连续鼓风的条件下进行干燥、灰分测定时要事先对灰皿进行预热处理、挥发分测定时应当在马弗炉的恒温区域中加热等为主要手段的提高煤炭检验准确性的方法,从而最大限度的提高煤炭检验准确性,为今后的煤炭检验工作提供参考。

Research on How to Improve Accuracy of Coal Test

Based on the inspection and technical status quo of China's coal and coal test the accuracy of the factors study,combined with the coal test as well as practical work experience.Proposed to develop a standard coal sampling method,the specification reduction points and screening operations,determination of moisture content under the conditions of the continuous blast of dry,ash determination prior to the ash pan to warm up,should be the determination of volatile matter in horse Dover furnace and heated in the constant temperature region as the main means to improve the accuracy of coal test method.Maximize the improvement of the accuracy of the coal test,provide a reference for future coal inspection
