煤炭企业内部物资配送模式选择研究

文章结合煤炭企业的实际情况,以降低配送成本的角度研究其内部物资配送模式的选择问题。综合考虑输送成本和时间成本建立成本模型,分析比较煤炭企业主流的2种配送模式—自营配送模式和供应商配送模式。依照物资的特点及煤炭企业对其的需求程度,制定配送模式的选择标准,为煤炭企业内部物资配送模式的选择提供科学合理的决策参考。

Study on Choice of Internal Materials Distribution Models in Coal Enterprises

This article study the internal material distribution models selection problem from the view of reducing distribution costs with the actual situation of the coal enterprises.This paper considering the transportation costs and time costs to establish a cost model to analyzing and comparing the self-distribution model and the supplier distribution model which are the major distribution model in coal enterprises.According to internal materials’ characteristics and needs of the coal enterprises,this paper makes criteria for the selection of distribution model and provides a scientific and rational reference for the internal material distribution models selection problem.
