大型管板拼焊应力有限元分析

摘    要:
反应器管板直径和厚度较大,焊接处于自由状态,没有任何约束,很难控制由于焊接应力、温差应力等造成的管板变形。为控制管板的变形,通过对管板焊接过程进行有限元分析计算,探讨了管板焊接过程中各个焊接时刻的温度、焊接应力、应变及变形分布规律,并根据计算结果确定了合理可行的能有效控制管板焊接变形并保证焊接质量的焊接方法和焊接工装。

Abstract:
Because of reactor's big diameter and thickness pipe plate,to control the distortion of the plate owing to welding stress was difficult with the weld in freedom state. Finite element analysis calculation was implemented on tubesheet welding to manage the rule of the temperature, stress,distortion and distortion distributing for each weld time. Reasonable and efficient weld method and process were confirmed to control tubesheet distortion and guarantee its weld quality.
