摘    要:上海先锋电机厂在研制美国NEMA二极电动机时,曾多次修改二极电动机电磁设计方案,均未能达到外方要求的效率标准,最后“通过增大气隙长度,减小杂散损耗,使样机效率达标”。现将按该设计进行的试制体会和经验介绍如下。

Abstract:Theoretical analysis on the influence to the perormance of 3-phase asynchronous motor caused by en- larging gap design is introduced in the paper.It is this ex- perience that solved the problem that the two-poles NEMA motor manufactured in the Shanghai Xienfeng failed to meet with US standard in aspect of efficiency.Here the experi- ence and lessons in the design and trial production of this kind large gap two-poles motor is described.
