| 摘 要： | 分析了电力技术类高等专科学校的专业特色,提出了这类学校的学生培养定位:培养"综合能力和适应性比普通高职毕业生强"的符合生产第一线需要的高技能人才.围绕这个定位,分析国家电网技术学院的软、硬件平台可以给山东电力高等专科学校的人才培养和特色专业建设带来的有利条件.从课程开发、教学手段改革、加强学生实践能力和职业能力培养方面提出了强化特色专业建设的措施.
