管线钢焊接接头抗HIC性能分析

摘    要:采用两种不同化学成分的研制焊和合适的焊接工艺 ,对管线钢进行了埋弧焊试验。焊缝处的金相组织以针状铁素体为主 ,有较高的强度和韧性。试验结果表明 ,两种研制焊丝的接头抗HIC性能均能满足有关要求。

Abstract:Submerged-arc welding experiments of pipeline steel were carried out using two kinds of newly-developed welding wire with appropriate welding process. The welding joints were found to have the microsturcture of dominant acicular ferrite and good strength and toughness. Experiments showed that HIC properties of welding joints for the newly-developed wires can meet the requirements concerned.
