The Idea of Reconstructing the Local Billing System to Perfect its Function and to Improve the Accuracy of it

Currently the problem of telecom billing is the focus of most customers. As the billing system of pulse meter involves a great deal of customers and can't provide the detail lists of telephone call records it depends a lot on the accuracy of local billing. In the following it will be a detail analysis on the billing system in use and an introduction of a new-developed billing system and its testing function to improve the accuracy of billing.
