逆转辊涂布间隙的计算机控制系统研究

摘    要:为实现涂布间隙的自动精确调整,提高涂布质量,以差动螺旋微调节机构为研究对象,首先建立系统的数学模型,然后进行了误差分析和调节流程分析,并且在PMAC控制器中嵌入积分分离的PID控制算法,用来改善系统的控制性能.仿真结果验证了此方法的有效性.

Abstract:In order to accomplish the automatic and accurate adjustment of coating clearance and improve the coating quality, the differential screw mechanism for micro-adjusting is taken as an object, the mathematical model is built firstly, and the control process error and the adjustable flow is analysed, and the integral-separated PID control algorithm in the PMAC controller for improving the control performance of the system is embedded. The simulation result validates the validity of this method.
