带钢冷轧机工作辊表面粗糙度实测研究

摘    要:通过大量跟踪实测工作辊和带钢表面粗糙度,深入分析了带钢表面粗糙度的影响因素和变化规律,运用逐步回归法建立了冷轧带钢表面粗糙度预测数学模型和转印率模型,进而建立了轧辊表面粗糙度衰减规律模型。这些模型可以用于生产中预测轧后带钢表面粗糙度、合理安排带钢轧制顺序、决定工作辊下机时间和修正轧制力计算模型。

Abstract:The law of strip surface roughness formation as well as its influence factors is analyzed thoroughly by test and statistical research of surface roughness of work roll and steel strip, the mathematics model to predict strip surface roughness and the mathematics model to estimate the transferring ratio are established by means of stepwise regression, finally the model of roll surface roughness attenuation rule is established. The models can be used to predict strip surface roughness, arrange steel strip rolling order reasonably, decide the time of work roll off mill and modify the calculation model of rolling force.
