摘    要:煤矿压风机设备作为煤矿风动机械的动力源,在煤矿安全生产中具有重要的地位。为了确保煤矿压风机安全运行、提升煤矿数字化建设水平,提出了以S7-300PLC为核心,通过采集现场传感器数据、设备数据等,结合现场操作台、地面工程师站,实现对压风机在线监测监控。实践表明:基于PLC技术的压风机在线监控系统具有运行稳定、采集参数齐全、预警可靠、节能降耗等特点,在地面控制中心可方便实现煤矿压风机在线监测、一键启停、压风机切换、运行记录查询、故障查询、全自动化运行等功能,提升了煤矿压风机系统的安全性、可靠性,同时达到减员增效、节能降耗的效果。

Abstract:As the power source of coal mine pneumatic machinery,the coal mine pressure fan equipment plays an important role in coal mine safety production.In order to ensure the safe operation of coal mine fans,improve the level of digital mine construction,In this paper,the S7-300PLC is taken as the core,through the collection of field sensor data,equipment data,combined with the field operation platform,ground engineer station,to achieve the on-line monitoring and control of the fan.Practical application shows that the on-line monitoring system of fan based on PLC technology has the characteristics of stable operation,complete acquisition parameters,early warning and reliable,energy saving and consumption reduction.In the ground control center can be convenient to achieve the online monitoring of coal mine fans,a key start and stop,fan switch,operation records query,fault inquiry,automated operation and other functions.In short,it greatly enhance the safety and reliability of the coal mine pressure fan system,at the same time downsize staffs and improve efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption.
